Retinol is increasingly important for facial treatment as we age. SPF is also another invaluable thing. You should never leave the house without having SPF (at least 15) on. Even if it’s a cloudy day – your skin needs that protection from the elements.

I agree with the other post. I have olive skin so I haven’t always used SPF on a daily basis, but now that I am older I realize its importance. I also make sure to wash my face every morning and every night (at night using a retinol cream like this one).
